Boys U12s: Samphires B v Mastergeeha C (Scorers: )
Boys U14s: Killorglin C 4 v 2 Samphires (Scorers: John McCarthy, Liam Burns)
We lost out last weekend away to Killorglin in a game that ebbed and flowed in such a way that both teams had periods of dominance. Killorglin started better than us and scored after 10 minutes but we held our shape and weathered the storm after this. Towards half time we got on top and John McCarthy scored a good equaliser running on to a nice throughball. In the second half we started the better but crucially didn’t score. Midway through the second half it was all Killorglin again as our performance dipped and we gave away 3 goals in quick succession. We took over again after this and Liam scored a lovely goal after combining with Charlie at the end of a great move where we played from back to front, but too little too late. Well done to both teams for giving us such a good game.

Best of luck to Grace Reilly and her Kerry FC teammates who are playing in WU17 LOI Plate Semi Final with Kerry FC on Saturday versus Bray Wanderers. Grace played all the way up to u16 with Fenit Samphires… Best of Luck girls.
