U16 Boys Killarney Athletic B 0 v 0 Samphires A (Samphires win on pens)
Well done again to our 16s who squeezed through to the closing rounds of the cup last weekend.

U15 Girls Samphires 6 v 0 Iveragh (Scorers: Hannah Barrett Neziri, Erin Harty, Aoibhinn Corridon, Fiadh Nelan, Aoife Lyons)
The quarter final of the Mary Lyne Perpetual Cup was played in glorious conditions in a sunny Fenit with Iveragh making the trip from South Kerry. And the occasion didn’t disappoint with the girls putting in one of their best performances of the season to book a place in the last 4 of the competition. Goalscorers on the day were Hannah Barrett Neziri, Erin Harty, Aoibhinn Corridon, Fiadh Nelan, and Aoife Lyons.
U15 Boys Killarney Celtic 3 v 4 Samphires (Cian Slattery, Jack Corridon(3))
Our 15s managed a win away in Killarney despite a poor performance. We actually started well and were 1 up through Cian Slattery in the first minute. Celtic took over then and completely dominated us and were deservedly 3 – 1 up at half time. After some harsh words at half time and a few changes in personnel we got going in the second half and a hat-trick from Jack Corridon saw us edge out the win.
U15 Boys Healy Family Cup Q/F Park A 0 v Samphires A 3 (Scorers: Cian Slattery, Jack Corridon(2))
Another good performance but the 15s who have really come on this season. We were well in the game throughout and took our chances when they came. Well done to all involved.
U14 Girls Premier Listowel Celtic 5 v Samphires 4 (Scorers: Fiadh McElligott, Hannah Barrett- Neziri)
U14 Boys Killarney Athletic B 5 v 2 Samphires A
A poor performance saw us exit the cup last Saturday. Unfortunately we had to play without quite a number of regulars which has now become a recurring theme and it is very disappointing.
U14 Boys Samphires B 3 v Killarney Celtic D 2 (Scorers:John McCarthy(2), Liam Burns)
A good display by our lads who had to dig deep for the win. We went 1 down early in the game but equalised through John McCarthy late in the first half. We conceded again early in the second half after a mix up at the back but John again got us back level with a well taken goal. With 5 to go we were putting on the pressure and finally Liam Burns slotted home after some good approach play to give us the win.
U14 Boys Samphires B 1 v 6 Killarney Celtic
Our lads were 2nd best last weekend and lost badly to Killarney in the cup. Unfortunately we just had the bare 11 and missed a few regulars. The lads who came in and took their places did well and will be pushing to start in future games.
U13 Boys John-Joe Naughton Trophy K Samphires B 0 v 6 Ferry Rangers
U12 Girls Dominic Scanlon Perpetual Cup Iveragh 0 v 0 Samphires (Samphires win 4-3 on pens) (Scorers: Zoey McCarthy, Eimear O’Sullivan, Eilín Lovett, Siún O’Donnell)
Conditions in Cahirciveen were really good which allowed for some fantastic play. We knew what to expect from a very strong Iveragh team, but we were ready today, especially with a full squad to choose from. Eimear played a captain’s role playing number 8, and her battle with Iveragh’s captain Sienna also wearing 8 was immense from start to finish. Hard to pick anyone out individually but our back 3 did not give an inch all day. Some great energy added by the subs, especially Evie and Holly who showed great class in attack.Extra time couldn’t separate the two teams. The penalties were incredible, everyone was so focused. Siun calmly stepped up to slot home the winning kick.Commiserations to Iveragh as it’s a terrible way to lose, but it was our day and we march on to the semi-finals.Thanks to the travelling support, to Morgan the patient bus driver and a special thanks to Red Fox who made us so welcome and applauded us when we arrived.
U12 Boys Division 2 Mastergeeha C 4 v 1 Samphires B
U11 Girls Samphires v Mastergeeha: Well done to our 11s who got past Mastergeeha to move to the semi final in a cuple of weeks time.Well done to the girls.

U11 Boys Samphires v Iveragh
Our U11 Boys A team travelled into KDL tlat week for a Quarter final fixture Vs Iveragh. A strong performance from our boys means they progress to the semi final vs St Brendans Park next week. Fabulous conditions for the game and excellent performances throughout the squad. Thanks to Iveragh for making the journey, to the coaches and the parents for their sideline support.

U11 Boys Samphires v Milltown
Our U11 boys narrowly missed out last Sunday in Ardfert versus Milltown. A strong second half surge brought the boys within 1 goal but Milltown survived the sustained Samphires pressure to take a well deserved win. Thanks to Milltown for making the journey and to all of the support of the Samphires parents and coaches.
U10 Boys Samphires v Inter Kenmare
U10 Boys Samphires v Listowel Celtic
