Girls U14s Div 1: Samphires 2 v 0 Castleisland (Scorers Alisha Deady (2))
A great battling display against a strong Castleisland team last Saturday in Fenit. Every girl played their part in the 2 nil win. Two well taken goals by Alisha who along with Sarah O Sullivan and Evie were a constant threat all day. The win was built on a solid defensive display by Anna, Louise, Grace, Sarah Chute and Ava.
Our midfield of Riona, Blathnaid, Aine, Caitlin and Emma worked tirelessly all throughout the match.
Finally well done to our u12s and u13s who are playing up and are doing great…future is bright!
Kerry vs Clare March 2022
Well done to Alan O’Connor, Danny Gazi and Cillian O’Brien who played for Kerry last weekend vs Clare. It was 2-2 in the end with Danny scoring one of the goals but all the boys did well.
Well done too to Aaron Harty and Jayden Deady who played for the Kerry 15s away to Cork which resulted in 1 nil win to Cork in a very tight contest. Both our boys did well according to reports. Jayden got a nasty injury late in the first half and had to be taken off but we hope to see him soon back on the field of play.
