Killorglin 2 v 6 Samphires (Scorers: Alex McGrath(3), Michael Tansley, Luke Casey, Donagh Murphy.)
Aa amazing 2nd half team performance from Samphires saw off a shellshocked home side who took the lead after 20 minutes against the run of play but after a period when we had dropped our concentration. Samphires dominant throughout latter stages of first half but didn’t equalise until a minute into 2nd half from Alex McGrath. Our movement, passing, fitness, pace of play and work rate was outstanding. Might have tagged on a few more but for a tough Killorglin defence.
